Join Our Team in Charlottesville, VA as a Full-Time Therapeutic Foster Care Case Worker!
What will I be doing?
Provide comprehensive case management services to children and adolescents referred for therapeutic foster care and/or adoption services.Coordinate case management activities, including planning, placement monitoring, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.Offer support and consultation to therapeutic foster care and adoptive parents, families, adolescents, and other members of the treatment team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling, with a minimum of 1 year of experience providing casework services to children and families.
OR
Bachelor's degree in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing casework services to children and families.
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Must be available 24/7 to carry and answer a phone for crisis intervention, evaluations, and assessments as needed.
