About the College/Unit/Department
The UGA Search Group has been operational since October 2006. The Group is a full-featured internal executive search unit, which means that we have a comprehensive understanding of the institution's culture and priorities as well an added level of ownership to successfully place the best candidates. The Group actively recruits top talent, and is also responsible for the administration of the search for the internal client by managing the planning and execution of all search related meetings. These activities include designing the search timeline, developing on campus schedules, and communicating with the University community regarding on campus interview activity. Our mission is to serve the University of Georgia as the premier higher education search group delivering stronger candidate pools and a more seamless process than any other executive search firm in the world. We believe in a shared vision of building world-class leadership capacity by being personally accountable, by executing on-time, by innovating, by developing strategic agility, and by pivoting to realign ourselves and the team with the University's leadership goals.
