Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Project Coordinator for one of our top clients in the Dublin, VA area! This assignment is anticipated to be a 12 month contract with strong potential for extension. This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Daily reporting to program team.
• Active Participation in weekly internal campaign meetings (CRM).
• Overall responsible for managing internal campaigns.
• Responsible to coordinate material receiving for each campaign.
• Responsible to coordinate products to right location to start the campaign.
• Working closely with internal team to track and report campaigns completion status.
• Reports of any issues on in-progress campaigns so the right support can be requested.
• Create and document campaigns on legacy product including offline instructions.
• Stay in touch with third parties doing offsite programming.
Experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Prior experience with manufacturing group desired
• Good knowledge of Jira application to follow each campaign action plan to ensure the products are updated per the desired request.
