Position Title: LINE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (2nd Shift)
Department: Maintenance
Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor
Position Mission:
• The Line Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventative/predictive maintenance and repair of the production and auxiliary equipment of the Production Line.
Position Main Responsibilities:
• Perform regular preventive and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Perform emergency repair on the production equipment as needed.
• Have strong skill for failures root cause investigation, modifications, improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Understand spare parts management and acquire the proper spare parts in the event of a breakdown repair or planned maintenance work.
• Correctly complete the recording of all machine breakdowns and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform simple machinist duties and fabrication.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education required:
Associate's degree or technical school; 2 years related experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experiences required:
Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance role with automation equipment, in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills Required:
• Have a good understanding of machine mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings & design.
• Experience in mechanical and pneumatic improvements and modifications.
• Ability to operate milling machine, lathe, grinding machine and additional mechanical workshop equipment.
• Experienced in using a variety of hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and test equipment in performing duties.
• Capable of using multiple types of mechanical measurement devices
(2nd Shift) Monday - Friday, Weekends/Overtime as Needed
2nd Shift: (3:50 PM - 12:00 AM)
