Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage all resident care services
· Provide direct oversight in the recruiting, onboarding, and retention of team members
· Work closely with Executive Director and other senior management to ensure that the facility meets all state and federal regulations
· Direct oversight of resident care to ensure that they meet the personal needs to each resident
· Monitor resident outcomes by evaluating staff performance and ensuring that they meet all state and local regulations
· Maintain daily schedules, tasks, and assignments
· Verify team members hours and report any changes to payroll
· Monitor resident medication and preform periodic audits
Skills and Qualifications:
· LPN License
· Time management skills
