This position will be for a part time team member for our afternoon shifts, but may grow to full time if desired, as our practice continues to grow.
Tasks include (but are not limited to):
Social media management
Creating an exceptional patient experience, along with patient account management (greeting, phone calls, checking in and out, scheduling, receiving payments, etc.)
Marketing tasks and events
We aim to be the best part of each person’s day, and we are looking for a team member who will enthusiastically pursue this day in and day out!
Patient care hours are M-Th 8-12, 2-6, and this position will be intended for coverage in the afternoon patient care hours.
Occasional hours outside of patient hours will be required for office events, team meetings, trainings, and additional administrative projects. Notice will be given at least 2 weeks in advance of additional hour requirements.
