We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through individualized dietetic plans. You will work closely with patients to assess their nutritional needs and provide ongoing support and education. Job Description:
• Assess patients' nutritional needs based on their health and medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized dietary plans to promote optimal health and wellness.
• Provide ongoing support and education to patients to help them achieve their dietary goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, visitors and Team Members in a professional and friendly manner
• Able to read, understand and follow directions
