NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE DATA ENTRY AGENTS!!
**MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP - NO CHROMEBOOKS**
• These individuals will be taking in information from clients and entering it into internal systems.
• Most of the information is independent Medical Reviews.
• When new cases come in, candidates log the information and process it through to the next stage.
• The form comes in, candidates pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel
• Client wants candidates to hopefully understand HIPAA Regulations - don't need to be an expert, they just want them to understand they are handling sensitive information and preventing who has access to that information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Microsoft Word- turn things into a PDF, Insert tables onto documents
• Microsoft Excel- data entry, inserting columns
• **Will be required to take a Microsoft Word and Excel basic user assessment
• Awareness of HIPAA
• Must have solid high speed internet
• Must have own desktop or laptop - Windows 10 or higher Operating System, 4GB RAM, MAC with OS 11 Big Sur, OS 12 Monterey or OS 13 Ventura
