Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
As the Program Coordinator for VIBE , you will be our first point of contact for clients and partners who are seeking assistance with bringing new value-added food products to market in rural Georgia communities. You will be responsible for leading small- to medium-sized farms and food businesses through accessing services provided through VIBE , receiving and sending hand-offs to partner organizations in and outside of University of Georgia, and managing and reporting on our day-to-day workshop and service offerings.
This is a limited-term position. The possibility of renewal of this position for subsequent years will depend on the project's needs and the availability of financial support. While continuation of the position is expected, it is not guaranteed and is dependent upon continuation of grant funding and job performance. The position can be renewed on an annual basis.

Workshop Coordination:
Independently developing content for product and process support workshops; analyzing internal needs assessment data and designing workshop around analysis; leading select workshop modules; organizing and printing workshop materials; advertising workshops on VIBE website, social media, email listservs, and Extension network; managing registrations and payments; securing food services for in-person workshops; updating workshop materials; communicating workshop logistics with participants; administering pre- and post-workshop questionnaires; developing and reporting on workshop impact.

Service Management:
Leading product analysis projects; developing and updating SOPs for service offerings; maintaining lab space, including equipment and supply inventory; managing points of contact for VIBE services (email, telephone, face-to-face, web inquiries); engaging appropriate internal and external personnel to provide services; collecting payments; updating website with service offerings.
