What you will do
• Receive incoming product - by unloading trucks, inspecting for damage, check packing slips to what is unloaded and receiving the incoming products the same day received.
• Inventory project materials to be staged for delivery to customer job sites.
• Deliver orders in safe and undamaged manner in company truck that meets the needs and schedule/demand of our customers.
• Obtain delivered inventory sign off for proof of delivery.
• Deliver materials to technicians as needed so our projects can be completed in a timely manner.
• Assist technicians when called to do so on site as directed by project managers and technicians.
• Communicates in professional and courteous manner, daily with customers via face to face interaction, phone, e-mail, or other means necessary to provide best in class service.
• Data entry duties as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned.
What we look for:
• High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Experience related to Fire Alarm systems, warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
• Positive interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
• Professional and polite communication skills needed.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Able to lift 45 - 50 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background check, and drug screen.
• Positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
