AmeriStaff is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support Associate to fill an opening with a company that makes materials enhancing the quality of life and is located in Martinsville, VA. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with some customer service/sales experience.
Benefits of the Inside Sales Support Associate: • Monday-Friday.
• 11:00am-8:00pm.
• Pay: $21 per hour.
Requirements of the Inside Sales Support Associate:
• Bachelor's degree with some customer service/sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general computer skills.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Support Associate:
• Set up and maintain customer files.
• Answer incoming calls, process orders, and prepare invoices.
• Maintain superior product knowledge and competitor information.
• Provide customer service to current and prospective customers by answering questions and solving problems.
• Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
• Cold call prospective business customers, send promotional materials, and follow up.
• Process customer warranties and returns.
• Monitor promotional pack inventory and assemble more, as needed.
• Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives.
• Cross-trained in production planning to assist in physical inventory count as needed.
• Cross-trained in shipping to assist with order fulfillment.
• Adhere to safety culture.
• Complete special projects as directed by manager.
Compensation and Hours
Salary Range: $21.00 (minimum) DOE (Depends on Experience) Benefits Provided: 401K, Dental, Holidays, Life Insurance, Medical, Sick Leave, Vacation, Vision Other Benefits: Not Available Full or Part Time: Full Time (30 Hours or More) Job Duration: Over 150 Days Type of Job: Regular
