SUMMARY: Performs installation, maintenance and repair work on equipment, buildings and grounds under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs all duties of Maintenance/General Services as required. Performs complex maintenance and repair of equipment and tools. Performs general maintenance, grounds keeping, clean-up & repairs of buildings, facilities and grounds. Plan and complete special projects as required. Perform periodic maintenance and documentation in accordance with company Preventative Maintenance Programs and equipment service manuals. Diagnose and repair equipment and facility breakdowns in a timely and safe manner. Make equipment and facility installations, modifications and repairs. Coordinate projects and lead other personnel as required. Make Electrical Installations and Repairs to facilities and buildings as required. Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Must have High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of five years experience and Electrical Journeyman Certification Preferred PREFERRED SKILLS: Mechanic, Electrician, Electronics Tech, etc. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness. HOURS OF WORK: Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders on a frequent basis.
