Job description About the job: Location:: Near Oregonia, Ohio 45054 (Required) Home Health Aide provides professional services to the organization’s home care clients as developed by the primary nurse in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act, and any other regulations defining home health aide services. Job Types: Part-time Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with meal planning and preparation, including special dietary needs - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in home health care or related field preferred - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients - Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively Required Experience/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Driver’s License (Required) Who We Are: Established in 2015, iCare Home Healthcare Services is an Ohio-licensed, bonded, insured, and Community Health Accreditation Partner accredited home health agency.
