Job Purpose: As a Materials Prep Associate, you are in charge of the preparation and delivery of the raw materials to the production lines in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you will prepare raw materials to use in production and are responsible for ensuring the delivery of materials to production lines in a timely and accurate manner. Essential Functions: Completes all quality testing and measurement requirements; performs and documents testing of non-conforming materials as prescribed/assigned Prepares raw materials (compound and substrate mixtures) to SOP specification to use in production. Ensures materials are delivered to the production lines in a timely manner Provides timely and friendly service to all customers Actively maintains a clean work area PPE Provided: N95 Mask / Respirator; worn ~20-25% of the time during 12hr shift. Clean Facial Hair required Schedule: 6:30 PM 6:45 AM Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a 3 day off! The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). Pay: Effective Hourly rate: $24.17 - $28.41 / hr. DOE. Base Rate: $19.25 - $23.30/hr. (M-Sun) Night Shift Differential: $2.00/hr. (M-Sun) Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr. You're a good fit if you have: High School diploma or GED required. 18 years of age required. Stand/work for a 12-hour shift. Forklift experience or willing to learn. Digital literacy preferred. Previous experience working independently with minimal direction is required. Ability to manage time and respond quickly to multiple tasks required.
