Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties: - Specialize in recruiting and onboarding staff. - Maintaining and updating job descriptions. - Posting job openings on Indeed, screening candidates, conducting interviews. - Developing a deep understanding of various roles and responsibilities across the organization. - Maintains human resources records. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Conduct new employee orientation and participate in the new hire processes and paperwork. - Assist in processing biweekly payroll. - Support Managers with employee disciplinary actions and is involved with employee coaching and development conversations.
