We are looking for an organized, detail oriented and compassionate person to schedule, provide transportation to, attend and conduct all follow up for medical appointments. NEW PAY RATE $20/hour and work today, get paid tomorrow with Daily Pay. Monday thru Friday, flexible hours based on appointments and duties assigned. Medical Appointment Specialist Job Description Medical Appointment Specialist is responsible for all medical appointments and appropriate follow up of all individuals served. You will schedule, transport and attend all medical and wellness appointments. Upon return to the facility, you will ensure communication to Administration, in particular the nursing department, and complete all necessary paperwork. You will review billing to ensure accuracy and keep track of what has been paid and what is still needing processed. Some direct care of individuals will be required. Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED, Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with no more than 5 points, excellent communication and people skills needed, must be flexible and have good time management skills.
