Job Description: As an Entry-Level In-Ground Pool Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of in-ground pools at various residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role requires individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of worksites for pool installation, including excavation and leveling. Aid in the assembly and installation of pool components, such as liners, plumbing, and filtration systems. Work collaboratively with experienced installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Learn and apply proper techniques for pool construction and installation under the guidance of senior team members. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of construction or landscaping is a plus, but not required.
