Duties: - Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Medication reminders. - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up - Help patients with mobility and transfers - Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Experience in hospice care or nursing home settings is a plus - Familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Referral program Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Weekends only Work Location: In person
