Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, and comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group or patients. STNA Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate; Providing routine individualized healthcare needs; Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services; Follow facility procedures for admission, discharge and transfer of residents; Giving basic emotional and psychological support to the patient and family; Directly provide nursing or nursing-related service; Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report; Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
