Position: Real Estate Development Coordinator Salary: $60,000 + Bonus DOE Company: Reef Private Equity Location: Cutalong at Lake Anna - Mineral, VA About the Company Reef Private Equity, a subsidiary of Reef Capital Partners, focuses on real estate equity investments, specifically development projects. Our largest projects include Black Desert Resort, a $1 billion+ world-class golf resort in Ivins, Utah; 150 ski-in ski-out single family homesites and 300+ townhomes at Deer Valley Ski Resort near Park City, Utah; and the newly completed Cutalong Private Golf Club and under development Resort which consists of 900 homes/condominiums and townhomes at Lake Anna, in Mineral, VA. Responsibilities The Cutalong Real Estate Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the development and sales teams at the company's rapidly growing 1,000-acre resort in Mineral, VA at Lake Anna with the award winning Cutalong Golf Club. The role is intended to be a growth position within the rapidly expanding resort development company and is a multifaceted fast paced role reporting directly to the Resort's Project Director. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational, planning, reading and written and interpersonal communication skills. The Real Estate Development Coordinator will also work closely with the Project Managers and the resort's third-party consultants in planning and scheduling project timelines while assisting in permitting/regulatory applications and renewals with the Louisa County Department, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Health, and other agencies. Additional responsibilities include: Work with the Project Director to maintain project schedules and provide weekly team updates and monthly financial updates and quarterly business plan updates to Reef Private Equity. Maintain the resort's legal records, contracts and files including: Real Estate Purchase Agreements, Architectural, Engineering, Consultant and General Contractor AIA contracts and governmental permits. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including management, and team members. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Liberal Arts preferred. Prior experience with the Real Estate sales, Hospitality Restaurant Industry, Builder or Developer, title or contracts a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, project management software and tools (e.g. Procore, Microsoft Project, Asana) as well as Google suite of products.
