Engagement Ambassador Job Duties: Provides responses to comments on behalf of clients on assigned online travel, restaurant, & social media platforms, within 24-48 hours of the comments posted. Adheres to processes and procedures explained in training, and site guidelines dictated by each brand review platform or social media channel. Maintains accurate daily record keeping in Salesforce Keeps own equipment and internet connectivity operational; able to troubleshoot one's own technical issues; reporting malfunctions that would impede the ability to complete assignments. Alerts clients of “red zoned” alerts in a timely fashion – asking for response within 24 hours, or sooner to meet hotel brand requirements. Keeps an open line of communication with his/her team, Team Leads, Team Manager and Team Director Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Seeks guidance as needed. Assists with other projects as needed. Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
