In doing so, you will be responsible for: Strictly following and abiding by all safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and your teammates Adhering to the YTMV standards of quality by completing thorough quality checks, inspections, and taking ownership of your work Maintaining machine productivity to reach daily, weekly, and monthly production goals Reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures Troubleshooting mechanical and/or machinery issues and recommending countermeasures Reporting any unsafe working conditions, causes of defects, or machine abnormalities to a Supervisor immediately Completing daily reports and other check sheets for traceability purposes Maintaining proper handling and usage of machine and equipment, tools, support materials, factory supplies, and other utilities to maximize efficiency Complying with company rules and regulations Helping to maintain a positive and clean working environment YTMV is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that is accepting and respectful of all backgrounds, perspectives, and skills sets.
