Join our team as a Technical Services Specialist and become an integral part of our mission to support the operations of a healthcare facility. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Act as the primary point of contact for equipment support, service, and problem diagnosis. Perform routine tasks including copying, faxing, printing, and scanning functions. Maintain office equipment by cleaning, replacing parts, and managing supply inventory. Ensure uptime of copier fleet and track equipment movements. Receive and log customer jobs, process incoming/outgoing faxes, and maintain billing records. Apply asset tags, update databases, and assist with equipment removal/delivery. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and email.
