Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or potential malfunctions - Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments - Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory - Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols - Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify safety hazards and address them promptly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations -Learn brand standards and complete logs and inspections.
