Family Alliance Care is seeking passionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to join my team. We are currently hiring for: Part-time DSP, for the 45255 (Beechmont area). Monday - Friday (4-8 hour shifts) and rotating Sundays (2 hour shift and weekend differential) A DSP promotes self-determination, choices, encourages independence, and uses a person-centered approach to help provide a customized type of support. Responsibilities: We assist individuals with developmental disabilities in both their home and in the community. Day-to-day, we assist individuals with their daily living activities (personal care, grocery shopping, cooking, administer medication, laundry, general house cleaning, and other duties based on the individuals needs).
