What You'll Do As Sales Development Rep (SDR) you will: Use research tools like LinkedIn and Zoom Info to build lists of entities and contacts that align with our Ideal Target Profile. Load accounts and contacts into Saleforce.com. Market to these contacts via email, phone, Teams and LinkedIn Set 120 meetings per year, by making a minimum of 30 calls/60 emails per day. Follow up on warm leads and convert to qualified leads by identifying decision maker, budget, and timeline. Deliver consistent, qualified pipeline that converts to revenue. Communicate new product and services opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate RDG management. Assist Team in ad hoc assignments (contract writing, pricing research, presentation preparation) to qualify for monthly Team Bonus Qualications: 2 or 4 year degree in business, finance, marketing or related field or a mixture of relevant, equivalent work experience is required. 1-3 years in sales or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service) The right candidate will have: Excellent telephone personality and skills. Sound judgment and decision-making. Ability to identify problems and implement solutions. Possess excellent written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively. Time management skills, ability to monitor/assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action. Able to multi-task and appropriately address shifting priorities. Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Ability to operate PC, and other related office equipment essential to the position with average speed and accuracy.
