Seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our rental company's team. This role involves performing essential maintenance tasks to enhance the condition of our properties. This role is 40 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing home maintenance repairs and troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues and assigning to specialized vendors as needed. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs within units Inspect and diagnose issues in building units and promptly address them. Coordinate with vendors as needed for specialized repairs. Conduct basic repairs and troubleshoot technical problems. Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues. Assist in obtaining any necessary maintenance supplies and materials. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Communicate with tenants on maintenance plan of action for repairs.
