Our experienced staff of doctors, technologists and support personnel are committed to providing the most accurate, safe, timely and caring medical imaging (such as MRI, CT, mammography and x-ray) and interventional radiology services (minimally invasive treatment for diseases and other health conditions like chronic pain). Locations with Position Openings: Athens, GA Position Status Options: Full Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm Salary Range: $42,500 to $49,500 Start date : April 29, 2024 Summary: The Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring excellent patient care through effective leadership and management techniques. The Contact Center Supervisor will effectively own the business and lead a team of contact center representatives while upholding the company’s mission, consistent with policies and procedures. Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drive business results and increase patient satisfaction through active performance management of staff to ensure consistent achievement of patient care and operational goals based on key performance indicators and metrics Effectively manages employee performance by consistently providing constructive feedback, taking a collaborative approach to employee development, and administering necessary training including evaluations and performance improvement plans. Hold team accountable and ensure the company’s core values and performance standards are met. Communicate, implement, and reinforce organizational goals, policies, values, initiatives, and workflow in a way that ensures the team understands their contribution and accountability to the success of the organization Manage and analyze daily/weekly/monthly operational statistics related to patient volume, modality volume, front desk productivity, TOS/Billing accuracy. Identify methods to continuously improve internal processes and increase patient satisfaction efficiently with employee engagement. Take an active part in listening to the voice of the customer by periodically making waiting room rounds. Identify and maintain physical appearance of facility and to ensure quality appearance. Ensuring all staff on site is compliant with company policies, procedures, state, and federal regulations. Manage labor audits and review staff scheduling to maximize efficiency. Serve as a liaison with the referring physicians to strengthen physician and patient relationships by active listening with quality assessments, making office visits and taking calls. Manage budget at assigned centers through the effective management of volumes, inventory, and labor hours. Supervisory Duties: Effectively manages employee performance by consistently providing constructive feedback, taking a collaborative approach to employee development, and administering necessary training including evaluations and performance improvement plans. Holds team accountable to Company’s personal conduct and performance standards. Ensures that employee performance is documented in Elements as part of ongoing management duties; gives employees recognition for contributions on a regular basis; regularly reviews performance trends in Elements and takes any needed corrective action timely. Responsible for upholding Company policies including: Non-Discrimination, time-tracking, meal and rest periods, attendance, and safety. Keeps team members informed of changes or updates to Company policies or procedures, and trains accordingly. Develop departmental training material based on current workforce skillset, manage training schedules, and forecast future training needs to meet Company goals. Qualifications Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training. Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus! Why Should You Work For IHS?
