Once the products reach these centers, Amazon fulfills our orders to our customers for a fee. Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our team. As a Packing Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the packaging process. This is a physically demanding role that sometimes requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for someone that follows directions and is self motivated. This job is a great opportunity for college students that are looking for a flexible schedule and fun work environment. Responsibilities: - Pack products according to established guidelines and procedures - Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate packing - Load and unload products from trucks or containers - Operate pallet jacks to retrieve items for packing (training will be provided) - Inspect products for quality and report any defects or discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines -Clean work spaces on a daily and weekly basis as needed with the rest of the team Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50) repeatedly throughout the day - Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory tracking - Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Experience level: No experience needed Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Greer, SC 29650: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
