Perform egg white harvesting following Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Execute Master Batch Records (MBRs) adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Maintain inventory control and utilize electronic inventory systems when necessary. Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of equipment according to standard protocols. Monitor and revise cGMP documentation as needed. Conduct aseptic manipulations within a laminar flow hood as per established SOPs. Operate equipment for EM and manufacturing processes. Prepare buffers required for production activities. Adhere to individual and team safety policies and procedures rigorously. Complete cGMP documentation accurately following approved procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; Biotech Certificate, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to understand English at an 8th-grade level, both written and spoken. Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary, including an N-95 respirator and examination gloves.
