```Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Lead to join our team. As the People Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our workforce. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee orientation, conflict management, and more. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Oversee employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and OSHA compliance - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development - Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems such as Oracle or Ceridian - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on talent management and employee relations - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization - Proficient in HRIS systems such as Oracle or Ceridian - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically - Experience supervising a team is preferred If you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and developing talent, we encourage you to apply.
