Duties and Responsibilities: Assists servers in their tasks Ensures all service stations in the kitchen are stocked and ready for service. Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing area. Completes set up and teardown of events if occurring. Carry food to tables using proper food service techniques. Sets tables with glassware and rollups. Completes side tasks when time allows. Stocks and restocks server stations with supplies. Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas. Dusts chairs and high chairs before and after meals. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Less than High School Education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented. Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills. Team player, organized worker, excellent customer relations. Reliable and predictable attendance. Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; killed in following safety practices and recognizing hazards. Excellent hygiene and well groomed. Physicality Requirements: 100% -- Stands during entire shift. 90% -- Verbally communicates with customers in person and/or phone. 75% -- Reaches, bends and stoops frequently. 20% -- Carries 35 lbs.
