In-Home Care Nursing Agency is a 1099 Company that works with individuals with developmental disabilities in the comfort of their homes. Day Shift Staff: We're looking for a Direct Support Personnel for a total care client in the Cincinnati, Ohio area 45207 Days Needed: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays Days: 8AM-8PM Pay: $15/Hr. Duties: - One on one direct support to an individual with Cerebral Pals in their home. - Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, oral care and dressing -Food and Medication administration through G-Tube (Medication Administration 2 Needed) Class available - Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to Guardian/ Supervisor - Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress - Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements: - CPR & 1st Aid - Medication Administration 1,2 ( Class provided) - High School Diploma or GED - BCI Background Check - Knowledge of direct support principles and practices - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Reliable transportation Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
