Rockbridge Area Health Center (RAHC) is seeking a full-time Information Technology (IT) Representative. The IT Representative will be responsible for all troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of all computer systems, networks, and associated peripheral hardware and software across all RAHC sites. Additionally, the IT Representative will manage all IT projects in a timely fashion while working with vendors, management, and technical support to ensure smooth deployments of projects. The IT Representative will also work with management to advise hardware and purchases best suited for a health care environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Advanced knowledge of Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams) (Required) Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (Required) Minimum of one-year Help Desk experience supporting Windows OS (Preferred) Ubiquiti UniFi Experience (Preferred) Basic Client Server understanding and familiarity with VoIP phone systems (Preferred) About RAHC: The Rockbridge Area Health Center (RAHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in the beautiful Central Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
