The ideal candidate is detail oriented, personable, and a self-starter. This position requires training in Lynchburg Virginia. Mileage will be reimbursed. Prior industry experience is required. Our work environment includes: Regular social events Lively atmosphere Growth opportunities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Process real estate settlements from open to close Answer phones Work closely and develop a positive relationship with Realtors, Loan Officers, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers Input data Schedule appointments and manage employee calendars Take detailed notes over the phone from prospective clients. Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents Schedule closing with all parties involved in the transaction Requirements include the following: 2+ years of relevant industry experience exceptional customer service skills, self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment detail oriented.
