ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform on-site heavy equipment operations which involves positioning and moving front loaders, haul trucks, and skid loaders Loading, extracting, and transporting materials including molten steel Handling components, modules, and systems of heavy equipment Converting heavy equipment with various mobile accessories Observing relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to the supervisor Clean equipment Maintain and protect all property Maintain all required certifications required by OSHA and company safety programs Provide outstanding customer service operations Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED Vocational training as a heavy equipment operator Phoenix on-site training as required REQUIRED SKILLS Demonstrated experience in operating front loaders, haul trucks, skid loaders, etc. Ability and willingness to operate trucks and various transportation equipment Demonstrated experienced as an operator Able to lift up to 40lbs Experience with and knowledge of technical equipment and machinery Results orientated/Strong work ethic Must work flexible hours and shift work Reliability, enthusiasm, teamwork Well-developed interpersonal skills – ability to get along with diverse personalities Must Possess Valid Driver’s License Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift Overtime Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
