Starting salary: $66,300.00 annually. Will develop, direct, and coordinate the activities of Audubon Area community services programs. Will establish priorities, develop and manage budgets, and determine the agency's ability to accept and complete future program commitments. Will manage workloads and schedules, establish a schedule of duties for program supervisors, and review work reports, papers, and other records prepared by program staff for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and conformance with agency and program policies. A bachelor's degree in social services, human services, business, management or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in fiscal and program management is required. A master's degree is preferred. Must enroll to become a Certified Community Action Professional within four years of employment and obtain the accreditation with the allotted three years.
