Currently we are selecting candidates for a full-time customer service representative. CSR’s are responsible for managing and maintaining veterinary appointment schedules, patient records, processing payments and are actively engaged with our clients and patients on a daily basis. Strong communication skills, able to handle multi-line phone system and basic computer knowledge is important for this position. Our CSR's are team players and show a willingness to help technicians and kennel staff when needed. We require the ability to safely lift 35 pounds, be able to walk dogs on a leash and work a flexible schedule. A strong candidate would have reliable transportation, the ability to commute during inclement weather and be punctual. We are only able to employ individuals age 18 or older.
