Description Restaurant / Bar Attendant The Restaurant Bar Attendant is responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production and service of food and beverage items, as well as closing and storage for individual work station. Responsible for financial performance of the snack bar and the overall appearance of the operation. In this operation everyone is cross trained and each employee will have the ability to do anything needed to complete the tasks set forward for that day. Responsibilities Responsible for set-up of daily bar/prep and organization of the snack bar Preparation of and storage of all food and beverage items necessary to operation of snack bar in adherence with Fox run CC quality standards Communicate with Service Director when special products are needed or having problems with food quality or presentation Consistent presentation of daily snack bar food items as designated by the food & beverage director which are produced within Fox Run CC quality standards guidelines Proper preparations techniques for station items as designated by Service Director. Service of food to members and guests Responsible for the daily proper financial closing of the snack bar and cleaning duties Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and snack bar area Responsible for serving of Alcoholic Beverages Job Requirements Experience with customer interaction preferred Previous kitchen experience preferred High school diploma preferred Must be at least 21 years of age 'Work Location: One location Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Weekly day range: Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
