As an assembler at Pontoon1, you will enjoy excellent pay(based on experience) as well as the opportunity to work on rigging new pontoons, boats and pontoon trailers as well as work on our used inventory. The position-holder is responsible for rigging motors and trailers and other components we typically install for customer and dealer units, in a professional and timely manner that represents the quality image Pontoon1 enjoys. The successful candidate will be able to: Rig, test and quality control on all components of a pontoon, boat and trailer Prepare new units for customer pickup Prepare used units for customer pickup Perform routine maintenance on all types of marine vehicles Maintain a clean and tidy work area Qualifications Mechanical Experience Required Ability to learn on the job Knowledge and practice of shop safety procedures Detail oriented while maintaining high productivity Working Conditions Shop environment that may require kneeling, bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting heavy objects. 5 day work week We have extremely qualified marine technicians that will share their knowledge with you Training available First raise review in 3 months A Note worth Noting: We are more likely to hire an enthusiastic hard worker with a great attitude than a technical genius that has no desire to grow, learn or work in a group environment.
