AutosbyNelson is a 6 rooftop dealership group located in and around the Martinsville, Virginia area. We are expanding our business development center and are looking to add an experienced BDC agent. This is a fast paced environment that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively multi task. A background that includes computer skills combined with excellent communication skills is required. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively do the following on a daily basis. Respond to Internet and phone inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.  Promptly and accurately enter all Customer inquiry data into the CRM and other appropriate systems.  Generate appointments through both outbound and inbound activities.  Conduct phone campaigns in order to drive our business.  Effectively utilize lead management tools.  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.  Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of Customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with Customers.
