You may be required to respond to emergency calls and situations; document and report care provided; and transport residents to various functions or locations. Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population is essential for this role. Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair, and maintaining resident apartments Transport residents within the community to other departments and/or functions. Document and report care provided and resident observations Obtain vital signs, heights, and weights. Requirements: A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents Under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable) Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent Completes all state educational requirements Receives and maintains First Aid certification and Heimlich Maneuver training, facilitated by the company Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC and its affiliated companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
