Description: Job Purpose The Club & Hub Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of Community Engagement supports for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities under VIA policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Be well-versed and able to communicate knowledgeably about VIA; Maintain confidence and professionalism in all areas: communication, dress, and supervision. Meet with and conduct tours with potential clients; Complete intake documentation for new clients who wish to participate in Adult and Family Services; Develop individual Part V’s in correlation with the individuals Person Centered Plan; Utilize WAMS for uploading of client plans and monitor the system daily; Develop and implement client data collection systems; Develop, implement, and train staff on necessary forms for VIA, local, and state agencies; Oversee community engagement activities; Supervise, oversee and train behavior tech direct care staff; Aid the Director of Adult Services and Administrative Assistant in billing of Medicaid; Responsible for adherence to all licensure regulations in conjunction with Director of Compliance; Responsible for implementing accreditation standards in conjunction with Director of Compliance; Responsible for staff scheduling; Complete training of staff; Troubleshoot challenges with Director of Adult Services; Develop community relationships for day program/community engagement activities and plan those activities; Ensure client outcomes and implementation of billable services; Communicate often and with professionalism with clients, families, and agencies; Ensure that member records are maintained per organizational and licensure standards in conjunction with Director of Compliance; Assist with fundraising activities; Assist with regular program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives; Transports clients on outings and maintains safety of all clients in all program locations; Demonstrates professionalism at all times; Maintain confidentiality with staff, clients, public and private agencies; and Perform other related duties as assigned Position Type This is a full time position. Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred) Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Products Excellent written and oral communication Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor when working with students, consumers, families, staff and visitors Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
Salary: $56.9K - $72K a year
