Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment. - Provide medication reminders - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature. - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. - Compassionate and caring nature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
