Responsible for: - Managing the day-to-day activities of the office for people with disabilities as well as planning, overseeing, and executing projects; - Intake Meetings -Writing quarterly report and Part V - Individual/Person binder - Maintaining Compliance and coordinating effectively with the team; - Coordinates with Human Resources to execute related duties in the areas of staffing, employee relations, and training. - Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services; updating policy and following the policy of the program. - Ensures the quality and growth of the agency through effective promotion and administrative practices in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
