Job Duties for Home Health Aides, Caregivers, and DSPs: ADLs and IADLs – for instance: personal hyenine, meal prep, medication reminders etc. Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and shopping Job Requirements for this Care Manager Position: At Least 1 Year of Experience as an Aide/DSP with direct supervision of a Nurse, OR Completion of CNA, STNA, or MA program Outgoing and Bubbly Personality with the ability to work with different types of clients (independent, dementia care etc.) Willing to drive up to 30 minutes for a client in need (will always try and keep you close to home!) Pass a BCI background check, abuse and neglect check, and drug screening Must have reliable transportation (preference is valid DL, car insurance and own vehicle)
Salary: $14 - $16 an hour
