Nursing Assistant - Med/Surg (PT) Organization: HDH Hours: 48 hours per pay Major Responsibilities: Providing direct patient under the direction of the registered nurse and licensed practical nurse. Has knowledge of assigned tasks and equipment necessary to meet the specific needs of the patient population served. Performs general care routines to assure patient’s physical and mental comfort. Reports on patient’s condition, activities, and care needed from their shift. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Completion of a formal nursing assistant program or student nurse (must have one semester medical/surgical clinical experience). Completion of High School or GED. Why join the HDH team?
