12 Week Contract-Hospice RN-START ASAP
Hospice RN Case Manager. Hospice and HCHB experience required.
**Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years.
Case load of 13-15. Must attend IDG.
1 night of on call per week, possible 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
Territory is 60 mile radius of home office.
