Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
Position provides administrative support for CVM IT, Facilities, ERC , and Business Office Departments. This includes Payment Requests, Purchase Requisitions, and P-Card purchases when necessary. They will also oversee CVM mail/packages as well as annual inventory. Will work under limited supervision.

Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for IT, Facilities, ERC , and Business Office Departments. Duties include entering purchase requisitions into UGAMart, submitting Payment Requests, using P-Card when needed, and preparing deposits to be given to the Business Office. Will also handle invoicing for ERC for jobs done with CVM and other UGA campus locations.
• Handle P-Card reconciliation for purchases made as well as other P-Card holders in IT, Facilities, and ERC .
• Support CVM IT and Facilities with help desk administration. This includes routing tickets submitted as well as phone calls received.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Coordinate mail room operations. Duties include daily sorting of mail for CVM and oversight of packages and deliveries.
• Supervisor student worker in delivering mail and packages to CVM faculty and staff throughout the day.
• Serve as liaison to UGA Libraries for receiving/returning books.

• Oversee and manage annual inventory.
• Serve as backup to Safety Officer when assigning general building access for UGA employees and vendors/contractors, and adjusting door lock/unlock schedules.
