Mortgage Loan Originator -- Remote
Are you an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a full-time capacity.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by developing leads and originating mortgage loans through various channels such as branches, realtors, and builders. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews with mortgage loan applicants, processing loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service to deepen relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop leads and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors, and builders.
• Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants and assist them with the application process.
• Collaborate with processors to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
• Respond to referrals from branch personnel and other sources.
• Cross-sell all bank products and services to meet customer needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of lending experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours and maintain composure in stressful situations.
